For small and medium businesses, nearly any industry can benefit from the efficiency gains of intentional generative AI adoption. The reality, however, often means powerful and expensive AI tools in every nook and cranny and AI usage mandates for employees who don't understand how to use it. That's why a lot of AI projects fail, waste money, and possibly destroy value instead of creating it. Don't do it this way. Start with training. Pick the right tool for the job. Use AI only where it makes sense.
