Services Intro

Midwest Frontier AI Consulting LLC exists to help small law firms and small businesses based in the U.S. Midwest use generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools, such as large language models (LLMs).

Midwest Frontier AI Consulting LLC does not sell any particular AI software, device, or tool. Instead, we want to equip our clients with the knowledge to be effective users of whichever generative AI tools they choose to use, or help our clients make an informed decision not to use GenAI tools. If you are interested, email.

Law Firms

The absence of an AI policy is not the same as a prohibition and will not protect your firm. Your law firm needs a generative AI policy, even if that policy is "we do not use generative AI."

We have questionnaires to help you build policies. We offer training on how to use GenAI tools while avoiding the pitfalls. We offer training on how to identify when opposing counsel may have misused generative AI in preparing court documents.

Small Businesses and AI

Understanding Your Customers

Even if you don’t want to use AI, your customers are probably using it.

Understanding How to Use It Yourself

When you own your own business, you have to wear many hats. You may have heard that AI can save time, but when you try it out it seems to be a waste of time. Let us help you find good use cases for AI for your specific small business. We do the research, test the prompts, and design workflows that are accurate and repeatable. Together, we can save time with AI doing more of the boring stuff, so you can spend more time on the core parts of your small business.

Understanding Your AI Competitors

Small Businesses may also worry about competing GenAI substitutes to their core services and need to understand how to market themselves effectively or considering pivoting.

  • We offer consulting services to help businesses understand how new generative AI substitutes will impact their industry.
  • We also offer reputation management and open-source intelligence (OSINT) to help protect your intellectual property from AI-enabled infringement.
